This condo building has an outdoor inground pool, coin operated laundry facility on each floor and Wi-Fi throughout the whole building.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. We furnish the comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows, blankets and linens.

Nous avons adorĂ© ĂȘtre au bord de la plage. Le boardwalk et la piste cyclable Ă©taient supers pour se balader et s’entraĂźner. Le sable de la plage est superbe. Plusieurs restaurants Ă  distances de marche.

Perfect location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The unit was clean, and we loved that when we got there, all the linens were plastic wrapped, so we know they were washed professionally. We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning from our room. It was just so convenient to go to the beach, use one of the multiple outdoor showers to rinse off and then take a dip in the pool. We loved our stay there!

Great oceanfront condo!

Great location, condo and grounds. Master bedroom was small, but had an on-suite bathroom and balcony access. Second bedroom was beyond spacious, even with 2 queen beds. Very spacious living and dining area.

We had a fabulous time! Weather was pretty good except for the last 24 hours with a tropical storm coming thru. That was a little scary. The condo was very clean and close to lots of restaurants and points of interest for us. We will be back!!

Location was amazing-right where we like to stay. The Master bed was pretty beat up-soft/lumpy-we stayed in the 2nd bedroom where the mattresses were much better. Even though the pool was streetside-it was secluded enough for us.

Great location, clean condo, fantastic week!

We had a lovely stay here in June of 2023 for our first time in Virginia Beach. The condo is clean and spacious, and Margie and her team were great to work with when I had questions. The location really can't be beat - 3 floors down and you're basically on the boardwalk/beach. Everything in the condo was in working order, and we found the beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins just off shore from the balcony each day. Having the laundry room and trash chute just outside the door of the condo was a bonus too! I don't know if it was because of the week we chose (prior to July 4th) or the location of the condo, but the beach never seemed crowded. We will absolutely come back here, and have already recommended it to several friends!

Our 40th wedding anniversary

Ok up front I was never told no smoking on property. This has a private balcony and after paying to much for this unit and planing this trip I was informed that no smoking out side at this place. Never would I imagine all the dogs here 
. You can’t walk in the grass ! So these two obstacles plus no alcohol at the pool really put a damper on our celebration not to mention the overzealous homeowners association I make a bunch of rules but there’s bicycles parked on the balcony area and chairs! Yeah I’ll never rent here again and I hope no one else does

Wonderful Family Stay

I highly recommend this condo. It was clean and wonderfully located. All the amenities you need. Loved hanging out on the balcony watching the sun rise over the beach. I will definitely try to rent here again and again.

Perfect location for family vacation

The location of this condo is perfect. The building is in great condition and the condo itself is huge and nicely decorated. It was so nice to be able to take a stroll down the boardwalk every night. The beaches were not crowded at all and the people were very friendly. We didn’t even need to pack our beach chairs or umbrella as there were some available in the condo! The kitchen appliances are new. There was plenty of dining space. And it was super convenient to have a laundry room just a few doors away! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

This condo was perfect for our family vacation to Virginia Beach. It was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. All of the appliances and furniture looked new and well taken care of. We felt very comfortable relaxing in the condo when we weren't out enjoying the beach or the pool. Margie made the check-in / check-out process very simple, and she was very easy to communicate with. My family and I are looking forward to coming back next year!
