Welcome to Blue Suede Views! This beautiful beach condo, located in the Sanctuary Condos right on sunny Sandbridge Beach, offers gorgeous south-facing beach and bay views. With two levels of living space, your friends and family can spread out and enjoy 2,630 square feet of comfort. The home is elegantly decorated, featuring three separate balconies, an upgraded chef’s kitchen, professionally mounted HDTVs, and high ceilings throughout.

The family room provides plenty of comfortable seating, an HD TV, a DVD player, hardwood floors with an area rug, and sliding glass door access to the balcony, where seating for four awaits, along with fantastic ocean and Back Bay views. The dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating for four at the spacious wraparound bar. The full kitchen includes top-of-the-line stainless appliances and all the accessories and gadgets you’ll need for cooking. High-speed WiFi access is available throughout the home, plus a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The top-floor penthouse suite features an upholstered rocking chair, an HDTV, and a DVD player. You'll love relaxing on the private balcony, complete with comfortable lounge chairs and fabulous views. The downstairs primary suite offers a large private balcony with gorgeous views and rocking chairs, a 32-inch HD TV, and a spacious private full bath. The second downstairs suite also includes a 32-inch HDTV and a spacious private full bath. The fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
