Adventure awaits! This 2+ acre private retreat is close to everything, yet feels worlds away. The gated estate has 3 homes (sleeping 20+) situated around an enormous ocean-sunset patio w/new saltwater pool. The main house sleeps 12. 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, & BARN w/arcade, bar, 85" movie area. Book early!

4 bed / 2.5 bath two-story main house - sleeps 12 in beds (plus pack n play)
2 bed / 1 bath 950 sq. ft guest house with no stairs - sleeps 7 in beds (plus couch)
1 bed / 1 bath 600 sq. ft casita with no stairs - sleeps 4 - 2 in beds, 2 on queen air mattress (plus couch)

Each house has its own kitchen, living room and bathroom(s). The larger guest house and main house have full laundry. Main house has 2 Showers, 1 jetted jacuzzi (with ocean view) and a bath tub. The guest house and casita both have showers in their bathrooms.

Pool has a full fence around it (not pictured) to protect young ones. Plenty of comfy outdoor seating including a sunset view couch and fire table! Please note, due to the immense cost of the propane required to heat the hot tub, we collect an extra $100 per day fee.

Sauna is on the patio near the pool.

The 600 sq. ft barn is the crown jewel of the ranch. A multipurpose space with office, stunning mahogany bar, pool table, dart board, pop-a-shot basketball, 16 game arcade including Golden Tee, custom 10' bar table, and 2 rows of seating for 85" movie theatre setup with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround Sound.

One of the homes on the property is our primary residence in the months when it is not rented which means 1) you'll have a lot more supplies and amenities than a normal vacation rental and 2) there will be personal items neatly tucked away in various spaces that will not be a detriment to your stay and 3) those with severe allergies to cats should not book.

Approved Pets (with $150 fee) are welcome in the house but should not be allowed to roam freely. Please include your fur babies in your booking or you will be subject to a $500 rush pet cleaning fee.

Unlike most of north county San Diego, you'll be in a quiet, rural setting. But, you'll get the best of both worlds. The ranch is situated 5 minutes from Target, grocery stores, restaurants, & highway. It is 15/20 minutes from the beach and Legoland.

Please note, this is a ranch on acreage in a rural setting. With that in mind, expect to see some critters during your stay. If bugs, bunnies, spiders, chickens, squirrels, owls or birds are a problem, this will not be the place for you.

The space is great for large family or multi-family gatherings, but we have a strict no event policy. Out of respect for the neighbors and the property, please no parties or events. All guests other than those on the booking must be approved.
