From the top floor of The Behrens Loft building located in downtown Waco, "Bridges of the Brazos" features beautiful sweeping panoramic views to the north including the landmark historic bridges that span the Brazos River, and Baylor University's crown jewels of the Brazos, McLane Stadium and the brand new Foster Pavilion, which is a quick 10-minute walk.

This space will also be your own personal bridge as you step across the threshold into its beautiful and comfortable amenities. Centrally-located in downtown Waco, with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this spacious loft sleeps 6 and will bridge the gap between your dreams and the reality of a perfect vacation spot.

We are located just three blocks from Magnolia, across the street from the Dr. Pepper Museum, and walking distance to some of Waco's outstanding local restaurants. We are also only 15 minutes to Waco Surf. Additionally, this condo is only a mile from Baylor's campus making it a great place to stay for games, graduation, and other college events.

Guest will have access to entire condo except for one locked supply closet.

Other things to note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building. Feel free to unload at the back of the building before parking.

The Coffee Machine is a Keurig & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.

The living and bedrooms have Smart TV's with streaming apps. Bedroom TV's are 32". Living room is 75".

This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

We were so comfortable during our stay in Waco! The condo was perfect for the two of us and our three adult kids. Our youngest daughter rides in a wheelchair, which can be tricky sometimes, when you haven’t been to a place, but there was a ramp into the building in the back and an elevator. The day bed in the main area was perfect for her. Well appointed kitchen. Large dining room table. Nice couch and arm chairs. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Wonderful view of the city. Super comfortable beds. Large bathrooms and three of them. Very responsive and kind service from Sarah, our host. Will love to come back!

This is a fantastic place! The location is perfect very walkable to a great restaurant and shopping places as well as being really close to Baylor. Property was in perfect condition - uber cool and modern. They had it stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of K cup coffee and responded immediately to any questions. We will be staying here again when we visit our daughter at Baylor and I would highly recommend this place.

Perfection!

This was the perfect place and location for easy access to all of our daughter’s wedding activities. The condo amenities made our stay so comfortable and matched all of the listing descriptions and pictures. As you might imagine on a busy wedding weekend, our favorite times were morning coffee looking out over the morning view. We plan to return again to enjoy more of the downtown and visit our new couple.

Great Location and Space!

Bridges on the Brazos was a great location for walking the downtown area, very close to the Silos of Magnolia. The decor was perfect for the soaring ceilings. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The mattress of the bed we slept in was very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, which made up for the low water pressure (obviously out of the owner’s control). Having the designated parking space was a real plus and we felt safe leaving items in the car, without worrying about someone breaking into our car. I would stay here again with no qualms.

Our stay at your loft was absolute perfection. From the layout to the location everything was great

Fantastic location and property

We stayed here to attend our son’s graduation from Baylor. The loft was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. They pay attention to all the details. The owners are super communicative and directions are very clear and helpful. It is in a prime location; close to campus, the Silos, the farmer’s market, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when in Waco!

The condo was even better than we expected! The location to restaurants and Magnolia area was very convenient. The communication with the property manager was easy and response was quick. The interior design and large windows parking spot made coming and going to the condo very simple.
