Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. They supplied everything you would need for the beach or to use the sports facilities on site. The pool was great, especially at sunset

Property Management

House was clean and comfortable. I have stayed at many vacation homes in Oahu, Maui, Kauai. We are always been respectful of our hosts and their homes. Prior to our arrival, we received via email a long list of Do’s and Don’ts that came with the house — which are all reasonable as we also do the same at our own home. In the house itself were various reminders posted on mirrors, the walls, the bed spreads. Okay, I get it, they are wanting to maintain the property. The last straw was when they sent an email reminding you to do a load of laundry and dishes before leaving. The cost of the rental with the associated property mgmt fee , damage deposit, cleaning fee, resort fee; followed by restrictive rules at the pool and the ‘reminders’ made our stay regrettable.

Great for a family, beautiful pool area which is what makes this place worth the stay other than that it wasn’t anything out of this world. Walkable to Kings/Queens shopping. It was very nice the condo was supplied with boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, everything you could need. The condo was hot during the night, we messaged to get the temperature turned down 1-2 degrees, it’s a locked thermostat, and they wouldn’t do it
 so that was semi-miserable to sleep. Beautiful neighborhood!

This location worked really well for our family of 6. The beach accessories available to us were very convenient. This an awesome location of you want to spend time on both the West and East sides of the island. Host was very responsive to the few communications I had. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Location

The home was very well appointed with everything you need. The kitchen had lots of everything!! In was well stocked too with beach toys, chairs, boogy boards etc. Well decorated too and nice furniture. However, I would recommend that the beds and pillows are due for a change, mahalo!

Great place

Wonderful apartment that matches everything you see in the listing. The whole Hali'i Kai complex is terrific, and this apartment was clean, well stocked with towels and beach gear, pots & pans, and dishes. The view into the coconut grove was beautiful and peaceful. The Ocean Club Pool area (which also has a modest workout room that's open to the ocean and a full menu of food available to eat at the outdoor tables) was a highlight. Amazing view overlooking the ocean, nice shallow pool for cooling off, and a hot tub with a sand bottom! There was also a tennis court, a half basketball court, and a practic putting green (smallish). The apartment had tennis and pickle ball rackets and balls, wich we took advantage of. There's a nice grill outside the sliding glass door which worked great. The outdoor furniture was a bit worn out and could use upgrading. Everything else throughout was in fantastic condition. We did have a problem with the fridge malfunctioning and leaking water, which caused quite a problem, but the property manager responded immediately, and she and a handyman got there quickly to take care of it. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

Fabulous stay!

We rented this property for Christmas as a family of 6 adults. The property was really beautiful! Vary spacious, clean as a whistle and stocked with everything you could want. The beds were so comfy! The patio was very comfortable and the location was convenient and quiet. My only criticism would be that it is a 5 minute walk to the pool area - which was fabulous! - and the closest beach is an easy 5 minute drive from the property. It is at least a half hour walk. I would really recommend Hapuna Beach! The property is so well stocked with beach toys and paraphernalia! Communication with Adriana is clear and timely. Great vacation at a great property!!

Great stay and host

Our family of 5 (grandparent, 2 parents, teen and tween) loved this property. Plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is VERY well equipped. Ice maker and cold water in fridge made filling water bottles before leaving for the day easy - no need to buy water. Having a grill right there was awesome - we used it multiple nights. Property felt safe - teen walked alone to hang out in the hammocks and explore the property daily. Adriana was very responsive when we had questions about the property. Only complaint is that we wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend this property.
