Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.  Terms and fees are subject to change.

Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00.
Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.

Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.

Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.

Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.

No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.

Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Parking pass must be on the dashboard. Parking Passes will be in unit upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.

Hot Tub: Community hot tub.

Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waikoloa Fairway Villas D4 is located on the first floor of the D Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Please note: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.

The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The property manager was great and helped us resolve a noise issue with the adjacent unit. The condo was a bit dated but well provisioned. The community pool was amazing! We preferred the community pool over the Hilton pools!

Well stocked. It says not to count on extra supplies but it was filled with Costco items. Dishwashing liquid, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. There was also spray cooking oil, aluminum foil & Saran Wrap. I realize this may not be guaranteed for every rental but we were expecting to buy more supplies, per the listing. Also, the beach gear was the highlight for our group. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers pretty much every day!

My daughter, son-in-law, 10 year old grandson and myself had a great time. We spent time on A Bay, at Hāpuna Beach, at the infinity pool, but the highlight was access to the Hilton pools. What a plus especially for our grandson! The unit itself was well equipped and everything we’ve come to expect from the many stays we’ve had at Fairway Villas. Always our favorite destination.

This is a great place to stay in the Waikoloa Beach Villas. We were originally staying at the Waikoloa Fairway Villas, but due to construction going on, our great person (Ann) at Resortica Hawaii, we were offered another option for the same price! We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed having such a great person as Ann to work with! The condo was clean, beautiful area, and we had many birds and even a turkey visit us at our patio. Nice reasonably priced resort location

Nice stay. The property is a bit old but well maintained and is very reasonably priced. Kitchen was well equipped - we cooked through our stay and found everything that was needed. Hilton pass and club infinity pool are really good for family with kids. Beach equipment is really useful. Location is within walking distance to A bay, Hilton resort and shopping mall.

Awesome week at Fairways Villas

The condo is great! The location is perfect - just 5 minutes (walking) from lots of shops, restaurants, the Marriott and 8 minutes from the public beach. The grounds are beautiful with an awesome pool and gymnasium. The condo itself is very well-equipped and makes for a comfortable stay. To complete the 5 star experience, it would be nice to have the towels and bedsheets upgraded.

The rental company handling this condo is A+! Timely, effective communication, fixed battery in fire alarm quickly and secured 2 more chairs and boogie boards since we listened to in beep half of the night before finding a stepstool in the morning. All appliances worked as they should and furnishings and decor were nice. The pool and hot tub are great! We are used to medium to firm mattresses and both rooms had extremely firm mattresses. A topper on each would make them more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this well appointed and exceptionally managed condo again! Mahalo, The Millers

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The location was excellent, very quiet, close to restaurants and grocery store, the condo was very clean. The Tommy Bahamas chairs and umbrella were great for the beach. Would recommend this condo for anyone staying on the Kona side.

Fabulous condo with everything we needed!

My husband and I spent 2 fabulous weeks at this condo. Our daughter and son in law joined us for 1 week and we had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. For a day at the beach there were Tommy Bahamas beach chairs (the best) and an umbrella with a rolling cooler along with the beach towels. The condo is close to shops so quick grocery pick ups were so convenient. The complex borders the golf club and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed this trip and highly recommend this condo!
