You will enter the villa through an open-concept great room, furnished with an L shaped sectional couch that faces the
wall mounted TV, complete with surround sound. A large dining table seats six and overlooks your lanai and lawn in the
area just past the kitchen, adjacent to the living area. The spacious kitchen features a SubZero refrigerator and stainless
steel appliances, modern granite countertops, ample storage and is well stocked for all your cooking needs.

Six large pocket doors in the great room/dining room open to the expansive lanai, seamlessly transitioning from inside to
out, surrounding you with the scents and sounds of the tropics. The lanai includes two ceiling fans for your comfort, along
with seating for six at the teak dining table, a lounging area with a rattan couch, coffee table and two chairs, and a
stainless steel BBQ grill and wet bar. Get ready to create special memories while enjoying the beauty of the big island.

On the opposite side of the villa, the private, oversized main bedroom features a sitting area and doorway accessing its
