Come relax in Paradise and listen to the soothing sounds of lava rock fountains and tropical birds singing while being surrounded by the beautiful golf course and incredible mountain and ocean views. This amazing 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is located on the golf course in Waikoloa Village. The house is completely remodeled with high end finishes and a private pool(POOL IS NOT FENCED OR GATED) with amazing views of the the mountains and ocean. There is an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and lots of fruit trees for your enjoyment. We are walking distance to tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and a short bike ride to the beach. There are two living rooms one with a 85 in TV and the other with a 60 in TV. The master suite has a king size bed and an en suite. There are two rooms downstairs with queen size beds and one bunk room with 2 full size beds and one twin bed. In the living room upstairs you will find a fold out twin bed in the ottoman. The couch downstairs can accommodate two more people for sleeping if desired. We have everything you need to enjoy this beautiful island - bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, snorkeling gear, cooler and beach towels. Come enjoy the Big Island in this amazing home! There is a pool on the property and pool is NOT fenced. There are safety alarms on all sliding doors downstairs leading to the pool. When opening the sliding doors or screens downstairs you will need to push the bypass alarm button before opening the sliding door or screen or the alarm will sound loudly. When bypassing the alarm by pushing the button you will have 10 seconds to open and close the screen or sliding door before alarm sounds. You will need to leave the screen or sliding door closed at all times for the alarm not to sound. Doors cannot be left open. This helps keep our children safe and also helps keep the bugs outside. Please watch children at all times and DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. Children 12 years and younger and people of any age that cannot swim should be accompanied by an experienced swimmer on the pool deck at all times. Do Not Run On The Pool Deck. Pool deck is slippery when wet. No diving or jumping head first into pool. Pool is shallow. Pool is also equipped with child safety devises, PoolGuard PGRM-2 Pool Alarm NSF certified to ASTM standard F2208 (white L shaped bracket attached to the side of the pool) and a yellow and red floating devise that detects electrical current. Please DO NOT remove the PoolGuard Pool Alarm white bracket unless you are using the pool. When using the pool please remove the bracket and place in an Upright Position following the instructions which are located on the ledge as you enter the house. When finished using the pool please place the PoolGuard Pool Alarm back in the pool. Do not remove the electrical current detector (yellow and red floating devise) at any time. This detects if there is electrical current in the pool and should remain in the pool at all times. If this devise alarm sounds please exit the pool immediately and let us know.
