Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking available on a first come, first serve basis in "visitor" parking stalls for one car. There is not a reserved parking spot. Only one car allowed with rental of unit 303. Oversize or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Shores at Waikoloa 303 is located in the Sandalwood Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. Spacious lanai perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.  This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This was a great condo. The lanai was spacious and private. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in (even has an air fryer). I will say that the master bedroom bed is very soft, but the guest room has a firmer mattress. So if you have back issues, take that into account when you choose your bedroom. There was not a large choice of restaurants nearby (that were not in the expensive hotels), so definitely plan on cooking in. The gas BBQ’s on-site are new and were clean and convenient. This condo complex is close walking distance to the beach and the shopping centers.

PROS: This place was stunning! It was nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked for any need. The view was amazing! Both bedrooms have king beds. The complex was nice and well kept. Communication was quick and informative.CONS: The one downside is only one car can be parked in the complex per unit. So if there is more than one family staying and there are multiple cars, others will have to pay for overnight parking and that's a minimum of 50 per day. The unit could use a good deep cleaning, as there was food stuck on the outside of the cabinets and hard water around the faucets. Also, the master bath shower is an open shower. Water from normal showering splatters out everywhere so you will constantly be cleaning up water. Overall, I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

The condo decorated with taste with 2 large bedrooms made us feel at home. The big lanai with the view on the golf was very enjoyable during the sunset hour and to have dinners.

Big Island Getaway

On Big Island for two weeks. Condo was exactly as pictured. The lanai was perfect to watch the sunsets. Within waking distance to the beach, dining, and shopping. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and answered all our requests. Mahalo!

Love the lanai!

This is our second time staying in the condo. Great layout, location, and expansive lanai. Perfect for our family of four. The only con is the primary bathroom shower is open with no door or curtain. High pressure shower head leaves a lot of water on floor. It has the potential to be an amazing primary bathroom with a few simple tweaks. Otherwise, another nice stay in Waikoloa.

Leave spices, please!

We have stayed at this resort several times. This condo has all that we needed. Many other condos that we have stayed in allow such things as spices, oils, sugar, flour, etc., to remain from previous renters. The owners of this condo do not allow anything to remain, citing covid restrictions and the like. I find those sorts of things very useful, and allows us to keep costs down. Thanks

Perfect stay!

This property was perfection for our six night stay. I was super worried because of some of the comments, but it was even better than what I could have hoped for. It was extremely clean, it had everything we needed for cooking, plus beach gear (two of the five chairs have a broken strap in the back, they could be replaced). The lanai overlooking the golf and the ocean (far but at least we could see it) was my favourite part. We had all our meals there and we sat there to look at the stars at night. We had great sunsets every night. The decoration is lovely and the beds are super comfortable. In fact, all the furniture was comfortable: chairs and sofa inside and outside. I read some comments about the shower splashing, it does, but nothing that can’t be fixed with a towel! We went to the pool once and it was ok, but it’s not a very big pool. We didn’t mind because we spent all our time visiting the island. It was extremely quiet while we were there, so peaceful. I booked online and didn’t even need to communicate with the agency while we were there. To me, it means it was perfect, not having to worry with anything while on vacation! Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful Condo

We walked into a cool, clean condo with Hawaiian music playing, we absolutely loved that!! This is a beautiful, comfortable condo with an amazing view! This condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including our days at the beach! This condo is walking distance to a great little restaurant/bar. It is a short driving distance to Queens Market and Kings Place for other dining options, shopping and activity rentals (snorkeling gear, etc). Fantastic beaches with snorkeling are only a short drive away. We would stay here again and again!!!

Perfect place for Lavaman

We stayed here last year during Lavaman and found it to be a perfect fit: close to the Team hotel, close to the venue, close to shopping and restaurants. Really appreciate the kitchen, although a few basic condiments would be nice. And the lanai overlooking the golf course is lovely for meals, relaxing and general amusement. (The labeled light switches and working WiFi were much appreciated.) We expect to be back next year.

Perfect location

I came to Waikoloa with my husband and daughter. She and I were participating in the Lavaman Triathlon. This was in the perfect location for all our activities: close to the base hotel (we were with Team in Training), close to the transition area and start/finish. There was more than enough room for the 3 of us and 2 bikes. The kitchen was perfect for being able to cook, etc. what we needed before the event. And it is in walking distance for shopping and restaurants. The entire facility is lovely, quiet and well maintained. Hope to stay here again next year. Only complaint was with the wifi (apparently the owners had switched out the router but had not apprised the management company) and tv: one in a bedroom did not work and it was not apparent how to make the other function without instruction-the booklet was not helpful.

Our family (4) was extremely comfortable with the accomodations. The condo was well appointed with everything that we could have possibly needed. The building was extremely quiet and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate recommending the unit or staying in the unit on our next visit to the Big Island.

Very nice place - would stay there again

The interior of this unit is very clean and very nice, with an eclectic style. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, everything seems new, and lanai is enormous. Although you can see the far-off ocean from the lanai, the view is still pretty calming, with a mix of lava rock, golf fairway, and palm trees. The lanai is only half covered, so it's a great place to stargaze at night. Tropic's restaurant/bar is located outside the entry gate, and it's pretty good, so it was nice to have a place within a minute's walk for dinner. The pool and hot tub were nice. Only nitpicky items are: - very few coffee mugs (just 3, I think) - the master shower is very odd. It has no door, so water sprays all over the bathroom floor when anyone showers. Nothing that can't be taken care of with a few towels on the floor, but just an odd design. - the outside of the building is a worn and shabby. I was a bit nervous when we rode up the rickety elevator and saw the torn/weathered awnings on our way in. It's a stark contrast to the nice interior of the unit. - the internet connection dropped out several times per day, the cable tv was out the last day of our trip, and one evening saw the entire outside of the building without lights or elevator (although all interior unit lights were still on). it was super-windy when we were there (gusts in the 30-40mph range), so not sure if that was a factor. Bottom line: very nice place, good location, and I'd recommend it.
