This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is thoughtfully decorated with modern and clean black -and-white decor, buttery wood tones and plush materials that create an airy, open feel which is perfect for relaxing. The two hammock chairs at the front of the house offer a peek of the Pacific Ocean and you will feel like you are floating on the clouds. Take time to meditate, take a nap or read a good book!

You'll find a large great room that's sure to be the gathering place for friends and family, a flat screen TV over the gas fireplace, and a wide-open floor plan. The stylish kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare meals during your stay with a farmhouse sink, black fixtures, and butcher block counter tops. The large dining room table provides seating for everyone along with additional seating at the kitchen island for 2. The primary bedroom suite is perfect for spoiling yourself with a king bed and large ensuite bath. A freestanding soaking tub, a vessel sink and a tiled walk-in shower with a rain head will be sure to please! On the other side of the house are two more bedrooms and a shared bath in the hallway.

At Seas The Moment, you can also take advantage of those cool, Oregon coast evenings and hang out at the firepit where you and your crew can sit back, relax and enjoy! The hot tub is the perfect place to unwind and watch the night sky. Just a short trip down the hill and you will find plenty of parks along the highway with easy beach access. Between Waldport and Yachats, this is the perfect launching point for your coastal adventures. With plenty of privacy and a quiet neighborhood, this wonderful home is a sure delight for all!

Sleeps up to 6 - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Kings (one that can be separated into two extra long Twin beds -- with 72 hour prior notice), 1 Queen, 2 baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (Strictly enforced) No boats or trailers.
Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
