The spacious bedrooms offer comfortable retreats at the end of the day, and bonus sleeping spaces include futons and a pull-out couch, which are ideal for kids or flexible group layouts. GOOD TO KNOW:
• All bedrooms are located upstairs
• The home comfortably hosts large groups, though there is one bathroom upstairs and one on the main floor
• The homeowner lives in a separate ADU apartment attached to the garage, located at the back of the property, completely detached from the house. The ADU is fenced off, private, and has no shared spaces. Guests rarely see the owner, though she may occasionally be around with her small dog, Priscilla.


PROPERTY RULES
1. Max occupancy: 12 guests
2. Max vehicles: 4
3. Quiet hours: 9pm–8am (Sun–Thu) & 10pm–8am (Fri–Sat)
4. Trash must be secured in provided receptacles
5. Guests must follow all county-mandated burn bans

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate


DOGS ALLOWED:
We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $150 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.


PARKING:
Guests have access to parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Vehicles must be parked in two rows of two (tandem parking). Please ensure all vehicles are fully within the driveway and do not block any portion of the sidewalk or extend into the street.


CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the front door, and back entrance. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, and are for guests' safety. There are no indoor cameras. **Tampering with cameras is immediate cause for eviction.


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 21+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $300 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful historic home in Walla Walla. It was the perfect place for our family to celebrate a late Christmas with our oldest daughter. The house is large, spacious, and so comfortable — plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also great spaces to gather. Everything was very clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully stocked. The beds were comfy, the layout worked perfectly for family time, and check-in was easy.We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 — highly recommend!

What an amazing property here in Walla Walla. Such a darling home in a darling city. This home was so thoughtfully hosted. Perfect stay for a wedding weekend

My extended family and I loved our stay at the Whitman House, where we spent five days celebrating my daughter's wedding. The house is beautiful and spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out both inside and in the sitting area in the yard. It's a nice treed walk to downtown, which was a great bonus.

Maybe the best Thanksgiving we've ever had together. The house was such a beautiful place and so ideal for the 6 adults and 2 children. It was spacious, comfortable and cozy and beautifully decorated. Shannon even left us a pie, which was the topping on the cake. We so enjoyed our visit to Walla Walla. Good hiking, walking and a darling town where we took care of a lot for our Christmas. We all decided we wanted to return next year. Perfect property results in amazing relaxation

The Whitman house is perfect for adult family gathering to explore Walla Walla, taste wine, and relax. The home is tastefully appointed with quality kitchen necessities. The bedrooms are spacious, cool due to the surrounding shade trees and the neighborhood quiet. The living and dining rooms are comfortable while being elegant. All communication and coordination with the property persons was easy and timely. Felt like we were borrowing a friend's home. We originally were concerned 7 people, 5 being women, that 2 bathrooms/4 bedroom, historic house might be a disaster. The bathrooms are modernized perfectly to maintain the charm. One of our best rental experiences and I cannot recommend it enough. We will look to visit again.

Beautiful Updated Older Home with Modern Decor

We were so comfortable in this dog-friendly home. We did have a little bit of trouble checking in as the code key lock was strange and no instructions had been given as to how to unlock the door. We called the management company and got through right away and got an explanation of how to turn the doorknob to unlock the door. I'd never seen a keypad like that before and hope instructions will be emailed to the next guests in the future. We walked to dinner and back every night, walked our dog to the park, and had a nice shaded patio to relax on when we got back. The house is beautiful and has a perfect mixture of antiques and modern decor. It was hard to choose which charming bedroom to sleep in from all the lovely choices! The neighborhood was quiet, and friendly people walked their dogs past the house often and waved. The kitchen was well appointed (but we went to restaurants and didn't cook). We loved the little magical touches such as stained glass windows. The living room had a TV we could watch, and our room had a fan plus an air conditioner. We definitely would stay at this property again.
