Sitting right on the doorstep of Cape Cod, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, amenities, ferries, farm stands, golf, and quaint small towns. Grocery stores and other necessities are just two miles up the road.

At home, spend time relaxing on the back patio or reading a book in the fully enclosed sunroom. Inside, you’ll find a light-filled space, boasting comfortable furnishings and plenty of room to spread out. Whip up meals and snacks in the full kitchen, then serve up your culinary creations at the window-front dining table. A desk workspace adds convenience for remote work or online school.

Spend the day at the beach - and don’t forget to grab the beach buggy, chairs, and toys in the shed - then snuggle up on the sectional while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to scroll social media. Keep dinner simple on the gas grill, then gather around the firepit in the yard for a marshmallow-roasting session. Sleep will come easy in any of three bedrooms, where you can drift off dreaming of your first - and next- ideal vacation day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
