Perfect for up to four guests, it offers bright and airy interiors with plenty of natural light throughout. Guests will have full use of the entire townhouse during their stay, including the secure one-car garage and driveway parking. As this is a townhouse in the CBD, the garage and driveway are a little tight â but having private parking here is a real bonus, as itâs rare to find in such a central location. The space is best suited to standard size vehicles.Â
Some cupboards and storage areas are locked for host use, so guests are kindly asked to use the designated cupboards and storage spaces provided.Â
For easy and flexible check-in, guests will have access to the property via a secure key box on arrival. We respect your privacy but are always available if you need assistance. You can reach us easily through the Airbnb app or by phone, and weâre happy to help with any questions or local recommendations.Â
The home is spread across two levels, so there are stairs inside. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan for comfortable sleeping. Split system air conditioning and heating are provided; please ensure all units are set to the same setting during your stay (heating or cooling). A dedicated work space and fast Wi-Fi make the home ideal for remote work. No smoking, parties, or pets allowed.
For guest safety and property security, there is an external security camera at the front door monitoring the entry area only.
