About this space
Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Konstancin - Jeziorna! Explore all the town has to offer in unique accommodation. Our two-room apartment is located in an intimate building, which ensures privacy during your stay. It is an ideal place for those who value peace and quiet and at the same time want to be close to the attractions of Konstancin. We are right next to the Stara Papiernia shopping center, and the Spa Park with salt evaporation tower is within a short walk.
The space
The apartment is located on the second floor in a 2-storey, cozy building with only 4 apartments. It consists of a spacious living room with air conditioning and a comfortable couch, connected with the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary accessories and equipment needed to prepare meals (dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine). There is also a large wardrobe at guests' disposal. From the living room you can go out to a large balcony, from where - especially in the evenings - you can admire the beautiful sunsets. The large bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Smart tv and the ability to log on to Netflix etc., as well as wireless internet are also at guests' disposal. In the bedroom there is also a large desk and an armchair, so that remote work is not a problem. There is a dedicated parking space in front of the building. The apartment is heated by air conditioning. Our pet-friendly approach means that your pet is more then welcome and you don't havr to leave your pet at home. We are waiting for you!. Pls note that there is no elevator in the building. You can check in anytime, just let me know what time you want to arrive.

There is a curfew in the estate from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Loud parties, meetings and smoking are forbidden. If the keys are lost, the Guest will be charged for the replacement of the locks. Noise from the nearby air conditioner can be heard (only on very hot days, during the day, not bothersome with the windows closed).
