Named “Happy Tails”, this dog-friendly home is the perfect place to stay for a tail-wagging adventure. Filled with fun bikes, maps, and national park themed decor, this house will make you want to explore. With plenty of room for fun inside and out, you and your furry friend will have a blast during your stay in sunny Southern Utah.
This townhouse comes with dog treats, and is stocked with dog toys, dog bowls, and a backyard grass area so your dog can enjoy the vacation just as much as you will! With a spacious, open floor plan, and multiple entertainment rooms, this home is family-friendly and perfect for a family reunion or get together. Completely furnished and stocked, we've thought through the small details, so you can enjoy your stay worry-free. You'll appreciate the oversized rooms, high-end bedding, and an enclosed private backyard patio equipped with a BBQ grill.

We are conveniently located in the St. George area, with many restaurants, golf courses, spas, museums, theaters, and shopping centers nearby. Just minutes away from hundreds of picturesque hikes, we are in the perfect location for an active vacation or for unwinding and relaxation.

Visit the historic downtown in St. George, one of the many nearby golf courses, or one of the four state parks surrounding us. The nearby state parks include Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Gunlock State Park. Conveniently located off a major road, we are the gateway to multiple national parks. While here, visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and the Grand Canyon National Park.

Great communication on access to the property and reminder notes. Loved the community and the location is super cute. There was plenty of room for our family and I loved that it is dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed upstairs there is plenty of room and bedrooms on the main floor, so this is not an issue. Just make sure you have a means to keep them from going up if you have curious little fur balls.

We stayed here for three or four nights during our daughter’s dance competition at Crimson Cliff high school we also ride our dogs. This place was perfect super clean had literally everything you needed and there’s plenty to do in the little neighborhood for the kids. They also had all the stuff you would need to play paddle ball, basketball or tennis would definitely come back here in the future

Great Stay

The property was great. It accommodated everyone nicely. They were very receptive to my questions and even gave us a late check out without the requested 24 hours notice. The property had everything we needed since we cooked all our meals onsite. The only complaint we had was that the included Weber grill on the patio would stink at night. It probably just needs a good cleaning. We would totally stay there again.

We loved the rental. It was very comfortable, fit everyone well and we liked the location. The only issue we had was getting a hold of the owners for some help. They did not respond to Vrbo messages until we called the number and left a voice message. I was told we can text them directly, and after that we had no trouble.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for us to gather together but also to spread out, thanks to the loft upstairs. It was very comfortable and we would 100% stay here again, especially since our dog could come and stay with us again. I highly recommend this property and will be booking again.

Great option for bringing pets

The townhouse was nice. The pool was warm. My main complaint was that the listing wasn’t accurate… I didn’t NEED the things advertised, but it irked me that didn’t provide what it said it would. No dog treats, but the dog bowls provided were helpful. No dog toys. No place to wash the dog except basic bathtub. No Minky blankets. Again, I’m okay without those things, but they should deliver on what they advertise. They have a small patio with a small, maybe 3’x5’ artificial grass section. My dog wouldn’t even walk on it. There is not a place in the complex to take the dogs to go on grass unless you’re doing it on the grass in front of another townhouse’s front door. It’s St. G, so grassy areas are hard to come by. But, for the humans staying, it was nice. Close enough to all the fun things St.G has to offer. Could be due to the time of year, but the patio area needs an exterminator. Bugs would creep in at night by the patio sliding door.

Happy Tails

We really enjoyed our stay but were shocked to get a bill after for damage to the property that was not done by us. We assumed they knew about the damage so we did not report it and then we were charged! The amount was small enough for us not to take action so seems like a scam. They have little problems that they don’t fix and charge every renter for the same problems over and over. My advice to future renters, take pictures when you check in so you have evidence that it was already there!

Wonderful Property; very few basics supplied.

This property was just perfect for the two of us. Very clean, new, well cared for home. However, we would strongly suggest the management company supply more of the basics; toilet paper, napkins, Kleenex, plastic wrap, spices, cooking oil, etc.
