The home has been fully renovated with a gourmet kitchen upstairs and full kitchen downstairs, plus a grill, parking, queen beds everywhere, and an office area too.



The Space:

Upstairs are three large bedrooms including. a primary suite with its own luxury en-suite dual-vanity bathroom and separate water closet. Another bedroom on this level features a great office space with a full size desk. On the main level is an enormous couch, 65" smart TV, dining seating for at least 12, and a chef's kitchen with all the bells and whistles. There is also a back deck with seating for at least 6, downstairs patio and outdoor sofa, and a gas grill (note- you may have to get grill gas replaced; use Cynch to do this or visit the nearby hardware store).



Guest Access:

You'll have easy access to the property 24/7 through our electronic lock, which generates a unique code for each guest that automatically expires upon their departure and won't work before their arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Petworth is a historic DC neighborhood with attractive homes, beautiful circles, parks and lots of green. It's only a couple blocks to Georgia Ave, which is a main artery to downtown DC and Silver Spring. You can easily Metro from the Petworth Metro station (about 15 minute walk) or uber or drive anywhere you need to go.



Getting Around:

There are lots of bus routes nearby, and Metro is close too. But parking is easy here and you can also use Uber or Lyft to cheaply and easily get around.



Other Things to Note:

Please note gas is not guaranteed for the grill. You can use the Cynch app or website to have new gas delivered at your expense, if you need it, or you can replace the gas at the local Annie's Ace Hardware just a few blocks away.
