Getting around DC is easy from Lincoln Lofts, whether you're bringing a car or exploring the city car-free! The Lincoln Lofts offer convenient access to Union Market, H Street Corridor, Capitol Hill, Union Station, and downtown Washington, making it easy to experience the best of the city without spending hours in transit.
A Metrobus stop is located just steps from the property, making it easy to reach Union Station, downtown DC, Capitol Hill, and other popular destinations without a car. Several bus routes serve the neighborhood throughout the day.
The NoMa–Gallaudet U Metro Station (Red Line) is approximately a 20-minute walk or a short rideshare away. From there, you'll have direct access to Union Station, downtown DC, Capitol Hill, the National Mall, and beyond.
Parking: Free street parking is typically available throughout the surrounding residential neighborhood. As with most DC neighborhoods, availability can vary based on the time of day.
Arriving from DCA and not renting a car? Take the Yellow Line from Reagan National Airport to Gallery Place, then transfer to the Red Line toward Glenmont and exit at NoMa–Gallaudet U. From there, it's a short rideshare or walk to the property.
Bike Share: Capital Bikeshare stations are located throughout the neighborhood, offering an affordable and convenient way to explore DC's monuments, museums, restaurants, and waterfront districts. The network includes hundreds of stations across the DC metro area.
Rideshare & Car Share: Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area and typically arrive within minutes. Zipcar and other car-share options are also available nearby for guests who need a vehicle during their stay.

We are a completely smoke-free property. A $1,000 minimum fee will be charged if there is any sign of smoking on the premises, or if smoking is suspected and/or evidence is found using disclosed exterior security cameras.

⚠️ NOISE MONITORING AND CAMERA DISCLOSURE
There are Ring cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located inside and outside the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to loud and sustained volumes that may cause a disturbance. It does NOT record conversation or audio, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized events / parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
🤫 QUIET HOURS
10PM-8AM: We ask that you please keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am every day of the week. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500 and termination of the reservation with all remaining nights paid forfeited.
During quiet hours, the maximum allowable noise level is 60 dB outside and 75 dB inside.
At all hours, management reserves the right to determine whether guest activity is creating a disturbance to neighbors, tenants, or other guests. Sustained disturbances — whether or not they exceed numerical dB thresholds — shall constitute a violation of House Rules.
A reference for noise levels, measured in dB, is provided below for your awareness:
50-60 dB - Normal conversation
61-70 dB - Dinner party or loud TV
71-80 dB - Party
81-90 dB - Loud party
91+ dB - Very loud party / amplified
