Welcome to Cedar Drive! This adorable split-level cottage-style home is located in the heart of downtown Watkinsville, Georgia, and is the perfect rental home for your Georgia game-day weekend, a weekend trip or visiting for the holidays. You can avoid the traffic on gameday weekends and take an Uber or Lyft directly to downtown Athens or Sanford Stadium! With three unique bedrooms and three bathrooms (two full), this house can accommodate families or groups of friends. There are two artistically designed bedrooms upstairs, one featuring a queen-sized bed, the other featuring a queen-sized bed with a lofted twin bed, both with adjacent bathrooms. The third bedroom is downstairs near the common areas and features a double/twin bunk bed, and a half bath.
Both full bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and there are linens and towels available for use.

This rental has one outdoor grill (bring your own gas), a fire pit beautifully positioned under lovely trees draped in outdoor lights and a tranquil creek at the back at the property for those who love to cook and entertain outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities guests need to prepare delicious meals-including toaster, instant pot, air-fryer, and more. The dining room has a stunning view of back of the property and is perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family.

There is one TV with Roku access for streaming in the living room. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (AT&T Fiber).

One queen-size air mattress, as well as one twin-size air mattress are available for guests who need extra sleeping accommodations. (Bedsheets provided)

Parking spaces are open in the driveway, and along the one-way street. This house is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, the all-abilities ESP park, Harris Shoals park, restaurants, brand-new desirable Wire Park, and the downtown farmers' market. It is only a five-mile drive from the University of Georgia, making it a perfect location for any event on campus, downtown Athens or Watkinsville. This property is fully supported with security cameras at all angles for your safety.
