The outdoor space is an oasis of relaxation, complete with a hot tub amidst the beauty of the mountains and a gas BBQ grill that stands ready to elevate your outdoor dining experiences.



Inside, convenience is elevated to a new level with the inclusion of a washer and dryer, making your stay as comfortable as it is enjoyable. With 4 cozy bedrooms and bathrooms, privacy and convenience are prioritized. Stay connected effortlessly with high-speed internet, and savor the convenience of a coffee maker accompanied by a generous supply of coffee, ensuring that each morning begins on a cup of Joe.

Bedroom Layout:

Top floor: 1 King Bed & 1 Pull-out Sofa

Main floor: 1 Double Bed

Bottom floor: 1 Queen Bed

Basement apartment: 1 Queen

Note: 4th room is located down the stairs outside to the right of the garage(it's an apartment and it's not accessible from the main house)



There is a NEMA 14-50 EV plug on site for your convenience. You will need to bring your own charging cable based on your specific car :)



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire cabin except the locked cleaner's closet.

Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old



4WD/AWD is highly recommended during inclement weather





No fires of any kind are permitted on the premises! There is an old chimney on site that is not usable. Thank you for your understanding.

There is exterior Ring camera near the front door and one flood light camera near the driveway- this is solely to keep track of our cleaning services.



Absolutely no parties



HOA requires plate license number and make/model of your car prior to your arrival



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!



NOTE: Outdoor pools in North Carolina typically close for the season in October. Availability may vary depending on weather conditions and property-specific maintenance schedules. Please inquire ahead of your stay if pool access is essential.
