This beautiful, newly renovated home is easy walking distance to Lake Junaluska, 10 minutes to Maggie Valley, 9 minutes to downtown Waynesville, grocery stores (Publix, Ingles), 30 minutes to Asheville, 22 minutes to Cataloochee Ski Resort, and just over an hour to Gatlinburg! Easy access during the winter makes it perfect for skiers headed to Cataloochee, guests taking day trips to Biltmore Estate and Asheville, and adventurers looking for a great hike (happy to recommend), white-water rafting, zip-lining, or other amazing experiences of your interest!
Our home is located a short walk to the beautiful lake Auditorium, Bookstore, Tennis, Golf and Pool! All brand NEW furniture to make you feel right at home from the minute you enter! Including a Bassett sofa w/leather reclining chairs , 48’ flat screen TV w/ Hulu, DVD player-library, wireless Fast WI-FI and plenty of lighting to read the many books in the library or play board games (for all ages) or just curl up on the couch and read a book. If you need to do a little work there is a private area w/desk/chair for you!! The FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN features a stainless steel refrigerator (filtered water/ice maker), glass top range/oven, blender, drip coffee maker, microwave, crock-pot, toaster, and anything else you can almost think of, an extra-large Oak Island is plenty of room to enjoy cooking your favorite meal and enjoying special quality time dining with family and friends. Ceiling fans throughout the home for your convenience w/dimed lighting. Everything you will need to cook a big or small meal including spices or not cook and enjoy the many local restaurants that Waynesville/Maggie Valley has to offer! All guests will definitely enjoy bedtime in one of the relaxing 3 bedrooms (one King, Two Queen comfortable mattresses! Traveling with another couple/family will be easy as you will not be giving up your privacy! All complete with brand new linens, blankets and quilts! Two full bathrooms one has a shower/tub if the kids (or you) want to take bath, the other has a 6ft stall shower! You will feel very refreshed with plush new towels and all paper goods available to you when you arrive. If you would like to do some laundry before your leave or during your stay, then you are welcome to use the full sized washer/dryer which is stocked with laundry essentials for your convenience. The front porch is a great place to overlook the front garden with gorgeous flowers, birds, and butterflies and winter mountain view! Road access to the cabin is easy year round . It is a great place to stay for the many conferences, retreats, and meetings that Lake Junaluska offers throughout the year as well as others that want to enjoy the beautiful setting.
