Wake up behind walls of glass watching deer wander 9 private acres — a completely renovated, 5,000 sq ft mid-century modern estate guests compare to a Frank Lloyd Wright home. Sleeps 10, two fireplaces, a sauna, and The Pavilion at Star Lake is 12 minutes away.
The space
Kingsview Country Estate was the first Airbnb in the area — hosted by the same family for 12 years — and the house was built to gather people: an open living room under floor-to-ceiling windows with a wood-burning fireplace, a second sitting room with a fireplace of its own, a full kitchen, a big dining space, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, and a shelf of board games.
Ten guests sleep across four bedrooms (one king, three queens) plus a cozy fifth sleeping space with a sofa bed. 2.5 baths, washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi if you have to pretend to work. And yes — there's a sauna. Cold-weather stays hit different here.
Outside: an expansive deck over the treeline, a patio, a fire pit ready for s'mores, and nine landscaped, wooded acres at the top of a private drive. You will very likely share the yard with deer.
Concerts, game days & nights out
Seeing a show at The Pavilion at Star Lake? We're 12 minutes from the venue — skip the traffic crawl and the marked-up hotel rooms, bring the whole crew under one roof, and split the cost. Self check-in means late arrivals after the encore are no problem. Acrisure Stadium (Steelers game days and stadium concerts), PNC Park, and downtown Pittsburgh are about 40 minutes; Mountaineer Casino is 15; Oglebay's gardens, trails, and golf about 30.
Stay a while
The house works as well for a month as for a weekend — full kitchen, laundry, dedicated workspace, and monthly rates for traveling professionals and project teams working in the Weirton area.
Why guests come back
Families return year after year — one is on their fourth consecutive summer with us. Quiet hills, walls of glass, firelight, and room for everyone. Book the dates; we'll have the fire pit ready.
