A private, wraparound deck offers a scenic spot to soak in your surroundings, complete with outdoor seating and a dining table. An outdoor shower is also conveniently equipped for rinsing-off after trips to the beach. You'll have your choice of oceanside or bayside beaches, with several great options within minutes from home. Freshwater swimming at Duck Pond is a short stroll from the house. Explore the cape with a bike ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail or one of the great, nearby nature hikes. There's tons of great local dining within easy reach of home and downtown Wellfleet is home to some incredible shops and art galleries just waiting to be discovered.

Stylish decor and strong natural lighting set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. All-new seating, a fireplace, and smart TV provide cozy comfort and entertainment for the whole family. The stainless steel full kitchen comes well-equipped for at-home meal planning, with a dishwasher also equipped for quick cleanup. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
