The home is in close proximity to Wellfleet Town center and Pier, pristine ocean side beaches within Cape Cod National Seashore and beaches on the calmer waters of Cape Cod Bay. The Wellfleet freshwater kettle ponds are great alternatives to a day at the ocean beaches. The Wellfleet town center area offers many great restaurants for a variety of tastes, too many to mention by name. Across from Mayo beach Wellfleet offers basketball, pickle ball and tennis courts, skate park, and volleyball net with a great playground for the kids which hold scheduled activities are available (Jun – Sept). The home sits just moments away from the bike trail, MA Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary with 5 miles of walking trails, Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre, pubs, mom 'n pop shops, art galleries, and the endless natural beauty of the outer cape draw loyal vacationers. With 1450 square feet of cozy living space, this home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open kitchen living room layout is perfect for relaxing and having conversation. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor deck, complete with a separate enclosed outdoor shower. The Florida room, located off the kitchen, is an ideal spot for lounging.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
