Restrictions & House Rules
Please treat our home and our peaceful neighborhood with respect.

Pool: DO NOT touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Contact the host immediately with any issues.

Late Checkout: A minimum $150 fee will be charged for check-outs after 11:00 AM unless previously approved by the host.

Child Safety: This home is not childproofed. Children must be supervised at all times.

Cleaning & TVs: No daily cleaning is included. All TVs are ROKU Smart TVs for streaming (no cable).

Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking or marijuana is allowed, inside or outside.

Parties: NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We have a zero-tolerance policy.

Noise Policy: By booking, you agree that if police are called for noise or a party, you will be charged a minimum $500 fee and your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.

Events: We allow some events (baby showers, birthdays, etc.) with prior host permission. You must inform us of the guest count before booking. Event pricing may vary, and a 2-night minimum stay is required. (No teenage parties).
