Diese gerĂ€umige Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und den Sumpf aus jedem Fenster. Jedes Zimmer wurde renoviert. Es gibt ein großes neues Bad, eine neue KĂŒche und Teppichböden. Die großen Schlafzimmer haben einen herrlichen Meerblick. Sie betreten von einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den ruhigen Sumpf. Das Familienzimmer mĂŒndet direkt in die helle WohnkĂŒche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie zu Hause (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster). Es gibt einen Flachbildfernseher, WiFi, DVD-Player und ein Schlafsofa fĂŒr zusĂ€tzliche GĂ€ste (Apartment fĂŒr 6 Personen sehr bequem). Our second stay in this apartment (and third at this property - stayed downstairs the first year). We love the location - beach right across the street, short walk to shops/arcade on Mile Road. Layout of the apartment is great, working laundry in the basement, lots of beach stuff to borrow in the basement, parking is easy, hosts are easy to communicate with. We will be back.

Perfect location for a beach getaway, directly across from access to the beach. Best suited for a party of (4). Beds were comfortable. Linens are not directly provided and it would be helpful for this to be more specifically stated in the listening and lease agreement. Owners communicated quickly and addressed the opening season issue we ran into within hours of bringing it to their attention. Overall, clean and comfortable and the best part, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Nous avons passé un magnifique moment à cet hébergement, j'y retournerais sans hésitation. Littéralement à 26 secondes de marche de la plage, ce qui est trÚs pratique (juste en face d'un passage pour accéder à la plage!). Le logement était propre et d'une parfaite grandeur pour 4 adultes. J'ai déjà hùte d'y retourner, Wells Beach est un endroit magnifique à visiter, d'autant plus en étant à ce logement!

No rain could dampen our enjoyment staying here.

It is a lovely place and worked out great. Because my mom is 86 and the stairs were hard; we basically ate take out from A few of the area restaurants, drank wine and played cards. There is a nice view of the ocean from the bedrooms.

Perfect beach location

Great stay! Loved have the beach right across the road. Could see the beach out the front and the marsh out the back. Parking is tight, but follow the instructions and you will be fine. Owner was very helpful and communicative!

Slice of heaven

The space was perfect for my husband and I, w/ 2 queen beds and a king pull out couch, this space could certainly accommodate more, but we loved the space. Kitchen was fully stocked which we were grateful for. Nothing like falling asleep to the crash of the waves or watch the sunset on the marsh side. Absolutely loved this space and will be back! So close to the beach, short walk down to the gift shops, we couldn’t ask for more. Do make sure you bring your own linens!

Love this house

We love the location of this house. We stayed downstairs last year and upstairs this year. We like both apartments but slightly prefer the upstairs for the layout and views (but do really like the sunroom downstairs). It’s so nice to be able to walk across the street to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, etc. Appliances work. It’s great having laundry available, especially when you have lots of wet beach stuff to dry before going home. And the beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards in the basement are a nice bonus. We’ll for sure be back again.

Marathon stay

We stayed for the Wells marathon and it was an ideal location, within walking distance of the start line. The property was as described and the kids loved being across the road from the beach. We didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area, but it would make a good base for exploring this part of the Maine coast. The host was also very helpful in responding to all of my questions.

We had such a great stay. We had friends in the downstairs and we were upstairs. As advertised close to everything and seconds from the ocean. The wagon needs a little work the tire is coming off from so much use but it was an unexpected happy bonus to have toys and a wagon to use!!

This property is right across from the beach and within walking distance to the arcade, shops, and food. Nice outdoor space with patio furniture and an outdoor shower to wash off all the sand! David is very responsive. I would recommend staying here!

Location is amazing! You cross the road and you are on the beach! The property itself is nice and has everything you’d need and expect in a vacation rental. It was very clean and well presented. My only complaint is the beds are really hard and uncomfortable and it made for a tough nights sleep. Otherwise the place was great and we would definitely come back!

Everything we needed, even in winter.

We had a couple days to kill between a personal and business commitment and thought it would be fun to be on the ocean. We assumed any rental we found would be a little cold and drafty but hardy Mainers that we are, we went ahead. We weren’t expecting gale force winds, snow and sleet but that’s what we got. In spite of all that, this rental was warm and cozy. Also clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook and hunker down. David reached out a couple of times to be sure we were well and that was greatly appreciated. The rental is directly across from a public beach access. Bedrooms grant partial ocean view and the opportunity to fall asleep to the roar of the surf.
