Welcome to Seven Mile View Condo #1 is a 2-Bed, 2-Bath, 2-story oceanfront condo with spectacular views of West Bay! 

The Seven Mile View complex is a wonderful place to stay with its oceanfront location and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach. The renovated condos offer modern amenities, beautiful views, and unique designs.

There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.

Seven Mile View sits in a quiet pocket of West Bay, close to the water and just a short hop from Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, grocery stores, and neighborhoods like Governor’s Harbour and Crystal Harbour. It’s a great base if you want easy access to restaurants without being right in the busiest strip.

WALKING-DISTANCE OPTIONS

From Seven Mile View you can stroll to several laid back local favorites:

• Alfresco Restaurant – About 2–3 minutes on foot, directly across the road; casual beachfront spot for Caymanian and international dishes with sunset views.

• Heritage Kitchen – Roughly 8–10 minutes’ walk; simple, rustic, and very local, known for fresh fish right by the sea.

(If you want to keep this West Bay–only, you can stop here. If you’d like, I can also add “walkable with a longer stroll” options for spots like Macabuca and Cracked Conch.)

SHORT DRIVE – WEST BAY & SEVEN MILE BEACH

A quick 5–10 minute drive opens up a big range of dining choices along the Seven Mile Beach corridor and at Camana Bay:

• Macabuca Tiki Bar & Cracked Conch – About 5 minutes by car; oceanfront casual at Macabuca and upscale Caribbean fine dining at Cracked Conch, both fantastic at sunset.

• Calypso Grill – Waterside dining at Morgan’s Harbour with excellent seafood and a relaxed but polished atmosphere.

• Ristorante Pappagallo – Destination restaurant set by a bird sanctuary, known for Italian cuisine and a romantic setting.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

• Public transportation is a short walk away, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

Amazing time!

We had the most amazing time at this condo! The condo was very open feeling with beautiful views of the water. Outside the condo was just as lovely with the peaceful infinite pool and plenty of seating to relax. When we just wanted to lounge around inside, we enjoyed hanging out watching movies on the smart tvs.I also wanted to mention that the people working in the property management are incredibly helpful. They organized grocery delivery for us in advance since we arriving on a Sunday when most stores are closed and made sure that we had everything that we needed. All in all, we had an awesome time staying here and would highly recommend!

Excellent place but not ideal for young kids if u want sandy beach

We had 4 adults and loved everything about this place. Location, communication, layout, amenities, cleanliness, etc. If you have kids and want a sandy beach, this isn’t it. The big rocky steps and ocean entrance are very tricky. There is a big drop from the rocky steps into a narrow area with a rocky bottom and sea urchins surrounded by sharp coral. If the waves are anything but calm it is very challenging for very able bodied adults. That said, you can walk down a bit to get to a beautiful sand beach. The pool was awesome too.

Beautiful!

The view is lovely. The beds are comfortable. The condo is a great size for a family of 3-4. The West Bay beach is close. However, you do have to walk along a busy road to get to it, or walk through some rock/parking lot/uneven surface. Also, exiting the little driveway by car is tricky. Again, it’s a pretty busy road with an obstructed exit. Overall, a great value on the island, if you don’t mind having to walk or drive to a beach.

Just as advertised

Condo was spacious and great beds. Ocean and pool footsteps away was great. We got to know some of the other folks staying in the 5 unit complex. Wonderful sunsets and convenient to a lot of attractions. I would not recommend arriving in the Caymans on Sunday as grocery stores and other services are closed or limited. But otherwise a wonderful trip. First time in the Caymans and we will return!

Great Place!!

Great place to stay in Cayman, great views and very clean and modern. Our only issue was the beach at the end of seven mile is narrow and rocky and pretty windy on the point. But the management and condo was great and would be hard for them to manage the beach and wind! :-)

We loved the location and the views were amazing. Everything from beginning to end was perfect. They were quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The building is nice and quiet and we loved sitting in the pool listening to the ocean. The unit was big and clean, with plenty of space and bathrooms. We would definitely return!

Private Paradise

Very clean unit and comfortable beds. Lovely pool and view outside with comfortable seating. Property Manager (Melinda) and her mom Diane who was on property at times were both very communicative, efficient and addressed a few things we wanted addressed. We ate at great restaurants (Vivo, Kimpton Seafire, Macabuca, Union Grill, Anchor and Den, Tukka, and Peppers). Grocery store in close proximity. We loved Governor’s Beach. While some people may prefer being more on Seven Mile and walking to restaurants, bars and shops we definitely preferred the privacy of this location and found it easy rides to Camana Bay, Rum Point, Yacht Club for our snorkel trip, Georgetown etc. we could then come “home” to our own private place. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely place! The views are wonderful and the pool is only steps away! The beds were very comfortable! Kitchen well stocked with nice appliances! There were 4 of us and it was adequate space. We really enjoyed the area around the pool! It was quiet there which we loved! Diane that cleaned the unit was so helpful and did a great job! Perfect location. Close to do much but not terrible traffic! Grocery very close! I highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

Amazing Property Managers

We love to travel so Grand Cayman was next on the list. The property managers of this unit were TOP NOTCH!! Always offering to help in any way and making us feel right at home!!
