Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Privacy abounds at this brand new home! The long, secluded driveway leads you to this beautifully designed home with 2 car garage, basketball court, lots of yard for the kids to play, an inground pool and hot tub with ample outdoor space to entertain! Notice the shark weathervane - Welcome to Shark Lookout!

Enter this home through the mudroom door just to the left of the garage. Perfect to dry the kids off and leave the sandy shoes and wet towels. There's a double closet that houses a washer and dryer. Directly in in front of you is the half bath with laundry room. To the right is the entrance to the garage. Feel free to park your car or just store all the extras you bring with you. Here is where you'll find the beach chairs.

To the left is the large open concept kitchen with granite counter tops, ceramic farmers sink, 5 burner chef's stove, stainless appliances, wine fridge, regular coffee maker and Nespresso for espresso and gourmet coffee drinks. Dishwasher, too! Check out the large pantry for all you cooking needs. The large center island with seating for 5 is perfect for casual meals. This beautifully designed kitchen is just waiting for the chef in your group to create a memorable meal!

The living room is just off the kitchen with large screen TV over the gas fireplace complete with modern elements, ship lap accent wall and comfy seating in the conversation area (couch and two chairs) is perfect for late night gossip sessions. To the right is a slider that overlooks a small deck leading you to the backyard.

To the left of the living room is the large dining area - take note of the intricate ceiling tiles. A large dining room table will seat 6. Just off the dining room is a small office for remote work or learning. The stairs to the second floor are off the dining room.

At the top of the stairs is Bedroom #1 - this large suite has a King bed, sitting area with flat screen TV, ensuite bath with a shower tub combination, single sink vanity, glass enclosed shower with pebble tile. All tastefully designed with coastal accents.

Bedroom #2 is just perfect for the kids with 2 twin bunks sleeping 4, dresser and closet in a fun Shark theme. Bedroom #3 is beautifully decorated with a 4-poster full size bed, dresser and closet. Bathroom #3, located in the hallway is also a full bath with large glass shower with modern rain shower head and pebble tile accents.

At the end of the hall is Bedroom #4 another suite with a King bed, sitting area with comfy chair and ottoman, large flat screen TV, dresser, 2 closets and a full ensuite bath #4 with large walk in shower and double sink vanity.

All the fun is the in back yard! - beautifully landscaped with lots of grass area backed up to woods. Plenty of room for Fido to enjoy! There's an inground pool surrounded by lounging chairs, patio area with a gas grill, Jacuzzi hot tub and outdoor shower (a true Cape Cod tradition). The enclosed outdoor shower has both hot and cold water with high end shower head including rain and other settings!

**Most NEVR Pools/Hot Tubs are open from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. Please feel free to check with NE Vacation Rentals and the home info -- to confirm exact dates when the pool and/or hot tub is opened or closed for the season**

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 4 spots. No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
