Welcome! We are the owners of Santosha Villa Estate. This expansive private enclave, whose name is Sanskrit for “entirely” and “contentment”, sleeps 21 in a verandah-wrapped Grand Villa and collection of separate guest houses and is only rented as a private resort that you have all to yourselves. There will be no other parties of guests on property with you. It is ideal for vacationers, multigenerational families, destination weddings and corporate groups who want to social distance effortlessly and desire the home comforts of a villa, along with the amenities, staff and 5-star service of a boutique resort.

Bedroom suites open to ocean views and feature ensuite baths and open-air showers. The luxury estate sleeps up to 16 adults in 8 bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths (most with decadent extra outdoor showers) and 5 additional children in a bunk loft and daybeds across a spectacular Grand Villa, three gracious guest houses (one is a luxury, honeymoon suite), and a separate nanny-apartment suite.

The estate centers around a tropical garden and the oceanfront courtyard has a winding heated pool, hot tub, glass-walled dining pavilion and full commercial kitchen for events. Inside is a great room with walls of windows, butler kitchen and media room. There is also a gym, three tennis/basketball courts shared with our other property Long Bay Villas next door.

Included with your stay are 8 hours daily butler service (a guest favorite in reviews), concierge to help you plan your trip and take care of every request during your stay, continental breakfast, 24-hour security, beach chair service with beach attendants and complimentary water and soft drinks, use of fishing gear, beach volleyball, kayaks, paddleboards and a beach grotto where you can enjoy your lunch in the shade or linger over a romantic sunset dinner.

Safe Environment Certified housekeeping protocols ensure our 5-star service is delivered with 5-star safety. Our staff will arrange anything you desire to further personalize your stay including private chefs (Anguilla is considered the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean), bar/grocery stocking, beach BBQ or marshmallow roast, wine list/service, boat transfers, ground transportation, office equipment rentals for digital nomads, childcare, massage, tennis instruction, fitness trainers, yoga instruction, paddleboard lessons, horseback riding, live music, boat charters for diving and snorkeling, trip for lunch at an offshore cay, sailing and more. -Guest House Chikta is single level with no stairs and has a king bed, ensuite bath and private patio -- ideal as a honeymoon cottage or for guests who don't want to use stairs

APARTMENT SUITE (9TH BEDROOM)
-Off the commercial kitchen is a one-bedroom, "nanny" apartment suite with king bed, lounge area and kitchen. No ocean view.
