Come and enjoy the peaceful nature at this unique and stunning house on the Bay, a perfect getaway with family and friends. Our house has a perfect relaxing backyard to lounge and relax at our infinity jacuzzi overlooking the bay.

The house is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the beach. Also, we are located 7 minutes away from Downtown New Haven, where you can visit various restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

Our house is renovated, spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need; we want to make sure that you feel cozy and relaxed.

1st floor has a kitchen, living room, dining room and Half a bathroom. The living room is equipped with a natural gas fireplace.

2nd floor there’s a master bedroom with a full bathroom, 3 more bedrooms and a Second full bathroom with a jets bathtub.

Ground level has a master bedroom with a full bathroom.

In the backyard there is natural gas grill

During summer, you can rent Kayaks and enjoy yourself on a beautiful Bay ride. What is more romantic and fun than a Kayak ride?

We take great pride in keeping our property and furniture in excellent condition. Our outdoor furniture is cleaned thoroughly and regularly, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. However, due to normal wear and exposure to the elements, some minor stains and marks may be present on the outdoor furniture. Please understand that these are natural and unavoidable signs of use, but rest assured, we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care throughout the entire property.

The entire house (besides the garage), the outdoor Jacuzzi (all year around) and the bay.
The next door lot is also for the guests to use as a Playground or for extra parking.

I’m giving my guests Space but I am available if needed.

Why the additional charges for the increase number of guests?

Similar to the Hotel and general Vacation Rental industry, there are added costs associated per each additional guest.

These cost include but are not limited to:

Cleaning
Usage of Water
Utilities
Insurance coverage in the event of damage

Policy per guest:
Policy is $25 per person (visiting or staying the night) - added before booking the reservation.
If there is any changes guest must notify me right away or guest will be charged $50 per person instead.

Please note that the pool is currently not heated yet. In Connecticut, especially this early in the season, nights are still very cold and outdoor pools lose heat very quickly overnight.

Because of the large temperature difference between the warm water and the cold night air, the heat escapes rapidly and creates heavy steam evaporation, making it extremely difficult and inefficient to maintain a comfortable swimming temperature at this time of year.

Like many outdoor pools in Connecticut, we typically begin full pool heating closer to the warmer part of the season once nighttime temperatures become more stable.
