Designed to feature unlimited access to a private beachfront, this cottage offers four separate decks and just 80 steps for days enjoying the clear waters and sandy beaches of Lake Michigan and the freedom to wander along the shoreline in both directions.

Located just a short drive from both Holland and Grand Haven, this cottage offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a spacious open main floor plan. Imagine the memories you will make while gathering with family in the cozy living area or preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen to enjoy around the open dining area, all featuring panoramic views of the lakeshore. On the upper level, you will find an expansive ensuite master bedroom with a king bed, full bath, and endless views. Wake up to sunrise from your cozy nest and make your plans for the day.

Adjacent to the master you will discover a sunny queen bedroom where you can enjoy the same spectacular views. Just down the hall, you will find a third bedroom tucked away with two full-size beds. An additional roomy full bath with tub/shower accommodates these two bedrooms and a full laundry is located on this floor as well. A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the lower level offers additional options for sleeping.

Located just a 20-minute drive from both Grand Haven and Holland, plan a day exploring all these beautiful vacation destinations have to offer. Whether you are craving great bar food or treating everyone to fine dining you will find an endless variety of options. Local breweries and farm-to-table options are abundant. Catch up on some retail therapy with first-class shopping options and boutiques offering local artisans.

PARKING
There is space for up to three vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!
