Inside, you’ll find a light-filled living space with rich wood details, mid-century furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen outfitted in deep forest green and matte black finishes. The queen bedroom is calm and airy, with doors that open to the garden, and the bathroom features a striking botanical accent wall and walk-in shower, adding a touch of whimsy to your everyday rituals.

Outdoor Paradise:
Step outside into a lush oasis where swaying palms, flowering plants, and tropical greenery envelop you in pure relaxation. Lounge by the pristine shared swimming pool, sip cocktails under the shade of an umbrella, or gather for alfresco dining under the stars. Please note that the pool is shared with the main house. This secluded outdoor sanctuary is designed for unwinding, reconnecting, and soaking in the beauty of South Florida.

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After booking, you'll be asked to confirm your pet’s details and submit a one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The backyard, garden, and pool area are shared between the main house and casita. While we love hosting pets, please be mindful that the other unit may also have a guest with a pet during your stay. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask that pets remain leashed in shared spaces unless both parties agree otherwise. Please supervise your pet at all times when outdoors, and be respectful of the other guests on property - including introducing pets slowly and ensuring they do not roam unattended.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same day reservations made for this property are on request only.

Pool Heat:
Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.
