Walk to the end of the street to experience the open waterway. Enjoy the fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and pleasure boats available for rent. If snorkeling is a pleasure of yours, Phil Foster Park is renowned for snorkeling and scuba diving right off the beach.
Just across the Blue Heron Bridge is Singer Island – 20 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Riviera Beach. Down the road from the house, catch a ferry ride to Peanut Island.

Plenty of restaurants nearby with Happy Hour specials to enjoy! If you are into fishing, there are multiple bait shops within a mile of the house.

The house is conveniently located east of US-1 and I-95, and near airports - Palm Beach International Airport (20 minutes away), Ft. Lauderdale (1 hour away) and Miami Airport (90 minutes away).

Getaway to this retreat private home on large corner lot, in a quiet neighborhood. The house has terrazzo floors to keep it cool, along with A/C and ceiling fans. Living room has windows on 2 sides which lets in nice light. Relax on the leather couch or recliner chair in front of the windows and 42” Smart TV.

In the morning, set out the folding lawn chairs on the front porch to watch the sun come up. In the evening, enjoy a cocktail in the covered screened-in porch that has chairs and a table.

Kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Small kitchen appliances/tools include coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, cook and grill utensils and towels. A Weber gas grill is on the patio just outside the kitchen door.

Dining room has table seating for 4-6 and overhead ceiling fan.

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms – a queen bed in 2 of the bedrooms along with dresser, nightstands, and ceiling fan. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. 2 Full bathrooms, 1 with combination shower/tub and 1 with stand-up shower.

All linens, pillows, sheets, hair dryer, and bath towels – body, hand, and washcloths – are provided. You have access to a washer and dryer for any laundry needs.

The Boat House is tastefully decorated, equipped and ready for your enjoyment.

We follow the recommended cleaning checklist to ensure a clean and safe environment.

- Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
