The Space:

Sunlight spills across the tiled patio as you step from the front door into a breezy, tastefully decorated living space, the scent of tropical foliage drifting from the landscaped garden. The private pool glistens just beyond the sliding doors, inviting you to dip in while the gentle hum of the air‑conditioned game room promises playful evenings. From the moment you arrive, the rhythm of West Palm Beach—soft waves, vibrant cafés, and palm‑lined streets—feels like a seamless extension of the home.



Sleeping Arrangements

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms welcome you. The Master Suite features a Luxury King Bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Suite 1 and Guest Suite 2 each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views, and Smart TVs. Additional sleeping options include a comfortable couch, an air mattress, and a crib, allowing the space to sleep six guests comfortably, up to eight at maximum.



Outdoor Living

Step outside to a private pool surrounded by lush landscaping. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per night; heating is recommended from October 15th through May 31st with at least three days’ notice. Sun loungers provide the perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails, and the pool area is just a short walk to Oceanfront Park on Flagler Drive.



Game Room

The air‑conditioned game room invites friendly competition with air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games, and a Smart TV for movie nights.



Kitchen & Dining

A fully stocked kitchen, complete with Starbucks Espresso and Drip coffee, serves up to eight guests. Gather around the formal dining table for six, the casual dining area for five, or the kitchen bar for three. Essentials such as organic shampoo, conditioner, soaps, paper towels, and laundry soap are provided.

Pet Policy

The retreat is kid‑friendly and dog‑friendly. Dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are welcome with a $250 fee per pet and written approval; service animals are exempt. Cats are not allowed due to guest allergies.

Kelly and Ali provide complimentary concierge assistance—booking excursions, arranging in‑home dining, stocking the fridge before arrival, and coordinating babysitting or private chef services. Third‑party concierge options are also available.



House Rules & Extras
