The Space:

Villa Blanca is a classic Mizner Mediterranean Revival style home completely renovated in 2019. The ground floor includes living room, sunroom, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Second floor has 3 bedrooms: Spacious master has King bed and bath, second bedroom has a queen bed, sharing a bath with the third bedroom which has twin trundle beds.



The fourth bedroom is in the guest cottage, across the brick courtyard which has a large teak dining table and 8 chairs. The cottage has a queen bed, bath with shower, living room with cable tv and a kitchen. The pool features salt water rather than chlorine. The entire house has water filtration system and the kitchen has a reverse osmosis tap.

Pet Policy:

This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.



Security Hold or Damage Waiver:

This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $100 instead.



Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.



House Rules:

Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.



Same-Day Bookings:

Same day reservations made for this property are on request only.



Pool Heat:

Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $30 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.

Palm Beach Vacation Rentals must be alerted to any children under the age of 12 staying at, or visiting, the property. In the case that children under the age of 12 will be at the property, the pool fence must be installed ($ 100 applicable fee).
