Wow, this is a fantastic new hotel in West Springfield! I usually stay at the Quality Inn next door when in the area, and I booked the night before my stay, and this hotel was cheaper, so had to try it! This was part of the old Clarion Inn, which is shut down, and they significantly renovated this 4 story part of that hotel, built in the 70's, into the Blue!
I checked in late, around 10pm, Yolanda (I believe was her name) was excellent, friendly, offered me cookies, a goodie bag w/ chips and a water, and quickly gave me my room keys! I had room 112, which was close to lobby and was a 2 double room. Lobby also has fancy coffee machines w/ hot cocoa and cappuccinos!
Only negatives were behind night stand, the cap was missing from the phone jack plug, and the monitor for the peep hole did not work. I also did not like how small the refrigerator was (fits 4 water bottles). Each bed had 4 pillows, they were clearly new, and almost too big. They also were working in electrical room in morning and woke me up with drilling.
Pros: Zero Gravity MASSAGE CHAIR was awesome, comfy beds, beautiful renovated room, VERY modern, plenty of lights, robes and slippers, and loved the shower which had 4 settings (rain fall, waterfall, body jets, and a handheld!). I loved the decor and style of the room, very modern and impressive! The lobby was great too!
No breakfast, but they had cinnamon rolls and croissants by the coffee machines!
I would love to stay again and recommend you try it!
