Centrally-located 3br 2.5ba Westerly home with In-Ground Salt Water Pool (newly updated 2023), Hot Tub, Fire Pit, and Game Room! Less than 5 minute drive to Downtown, the Amtrak station, and all the great restaurants and shopping/amenities that Westerly has to offer, this home sits on a half acre and is a perfect combination of privacy and convenience. In addition to the amazing pool/hot tub area complete with new outdoor bar, the property is also only 10 minutes away from Misquamicut, and about 15 minutes from both Watch Hill and Charlestown’s Blue Shutters/East Beach. It is also less than 30 minutes from Mystic, CT (Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Village) and both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos.

The home features a wonderful family room with 70” TV, surround sound, and additional pull-out sofa. The first floor bedroom has a Queen bed, futon, and en-suite bathroom (with shower/tub combo), while the two upstairs bedrooms (Queen + Futon, and Queen + 2 Twins) share the other full bath w/shower. Each bedroom contains a window AC unit, and there is also a pack n’play available along with air mattress and kids cot. The basement contains both a laundry area and game room area complete with foosball, darts, and mini air hockey, and there is ample driveway parking for at least 8 vehicles. Great stay

We had a great week- with 3 generations of family, ranging in age from 3 years to 70 years. My kids (teen, tween, 3yo) loved the pool and hot tub, which were clean and well kept. Everyone also enjoyed the foosball and dart board. The house was clean. The provided bed linens, towels and beach towels were plentiful and good quality. Living room cozy and had a table for playing games too. Kitchen was clean and had what we needed but could use a bit more supply of flatware and some general organization. Bedrooms comfy, and thoughtful to have the couches for sitting in both queen rooms. Note that there are eastern-facing skylight windows in both upstairs bedrooms without window treatments. Plan to bring some sort of clips so you can hang a towel if it will wake you up as soon as the sun rises! Overall we had a very enjoyable week with a nice property and close proximity to our fave places (watch hill; west beach for kayaking and clam digging; dunes park beach; umbrella factory and Ninigret Park).

House review

The house was nice and clean. A couple minor defects but nothing that would change someone’s stay. The hot tub was nice and the pool was beautiful. The only thing to note is the pool has a very small shallow end area. It didn’t impact our stay in a negative way but just beware for younger kids that can’t swim well. Jacob was awesome and responsive and helpful. Overall great stay.

Peaceful place to relax

The house and property are great for visiting with family and to enjoy some alone time. The house is also not that far from the beach if you enjoy long walks with an ocean view. Shops are also nearby if you want to order in or if you need to purchase an item.

Excellent!!

My wife and I, along with my 20 something children stayed. The house was clean upon our arrival. Air conditioners had cooled the bedrooms. Homeowner was very responsive to any questions asked during our stay. I would highly recommend this property and owner to anyone!

Great time had by all (6 guests from 21-55)

A++ rental, central location, convenient for area attractions, beaches and restaurants and fab set up for staying in (big dining room with seating for eating and game night - family room has large TV and plenty of comfy seating). Pool was very nice and clean. Jale (owner) very helpful - great communication. We all look forward to coming back next summer.

Girls weekend

Six lifelong friends coming from NJ,NY, FL and MA met here for 3 nights/days. We were greeted with windows open for fresh air, clean space and fresh flowers on the kitchen counter. The family room, back yard/hot tub and kitchen quickly became our hub! Just a short ride to everything and the neighborhood was quiet and private. Plenty of parking, too. We mistakenly had thought the game room was in a finished basement - not that we needed it to be or used it - I just mention it to other renters for clarification. We all had a wonderful time and agreed we’d stay here again! Thank you for the backdrop of memories made.

Westerly house

We had a great stay at the Westerly house, the pictures don’t do it justice! There were games and toys for kids of all ages, the pool and hot tub were wonderful and the fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows â˜ș The bedrooms had plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids and we could have brought one of our dogs but decided not to. The eat in kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more and the living room is HUGE and comfy. Come and stay here, bring your friends and family and food, that’s all you will need 😎

Family getaway
great location

We had a fantastic time in Westerly Rhode Island. The house was fantastic and was very well stocked with everything we needed. We brought our dogs, and they had dog dishes and dog beds. We also brought our grandsons, and they had toys, A crib, Sheets for the crib, etc. They went above and beyond having everything we needed. Very kind and thoughtful. We would definitely do it again. The pool and Hot tub were fantastic to have as well!! The only thing I wish they had stated is that the basement (game room) is not finished. The only reason I gave it a four star and not a five. Thanks so much Jake and Katie!
