We enjoyed this unit. The master bed was not great. It might be a full/double not a queen? The unit is pretty quiet. There’s a pot shop nearby and we could smell people smoking somewhere nearby . The unit is extremely warm and it has 2 fans which we used and kept the window open 24/7 until we smelled pot and sometimes needed to close it for that reason. We had the heat turned off while it’s 29 degrees outside. A lighter blanket would be good for the bed. The ceiling fan is broken. (But 2 big fans provided which we appreciated). The hot tub was nice. It’s uncovered outside. I got in in the rain and it didn’t bother me. The coffee pot had the wrong filters there, so we used paper towels and that worked ok. It was nice to have a code on the door and not worry about keys. Parking spot is very tiny but it worked! You need to bring a towel to the hot tub . Kitchen was well stocked with what you need. I was asked to sign a lease outside of VRBO which made me nervous. But all went ok as far as I can tell. The location is good. We took the bus to the mountain but we could walk there in 10 min or so if we wanted. Lots of restaurants and shops right by the unit. 2 grocery stores and 2 liquor stores within 5 min walk.
