The family bathroom has both a shower cubicle and a corner bath. To the front there is a stone terrace with space for outside seating that enjoys a south-facing aspect and elevated views across the park. There is also private parking for up to two vehicles directly in front of the property, which is a rare find in the town centre.

You can explore the town on foot as everything is within a short stroll from your doorstep. With independent cafes, bars and restaurants just steps away. The long golden beach stretching for miles to Sandsend is only a 10 minute walk away. There is lots to see and do whilst holidaying here by the sea. Taste the wonderful fish and chips and work them off with an exhilarating cliff top walk or relax on the beach.
