This is a private, non shared home. You'll have the entire space to yourself, with bedroom access based on the number of guests in your booking. Unused rooms will remain locked:
1–4 guests: Access to bedroom 1 , 2 and the entire house.
5–6 guests: Access to bedrooms 1, 2 ,3 and the entire house.
7+ guests: Access to all 4 bedrooms and the entire house. If the booking includes more than 8 guests, air mattress will be provided.
This setup ensures a comfortable stay while keeping the home tailored to your group size.
(If you have any specific requests in regards to bedrooms we are willing to look into it)

Guests will have free driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Guest will not have access to the unfinished basement and the garage.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a thoughtful one time complimentary supply of essentials like snacks, bottled water, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, toilet paper, and more. For longer stays or extra needs, please bring your own supplies

Please note, this is a brand new house. There is active construction happening, with new houses being built around our property.

Note: Unapproved guests or visitors are strictly prohibited. No parties, pets, smoking, or vaping.
There is outdoor camera at the entrance door and at the garage for our guests’ safety.
Late check out may be available if we approve the request. If approved, a $50 fee applies for each 30 minute extension.

Quiet hours: 9pm–7am. Violations may result in extra charges and eviction, as VRBO enforces this policy seriously.

By booking, you accept all terms and release the host from liability. While on our property, guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The host is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property.
