Housekeeping, hourly rate of $50 or final check out rate of $400.
In House Chef, rate varies depending on how many meals a day are requested.
Car Service rates vary depending on availability and company.
To add additional guests (over the 10 guests included) it is $60.00 per person, per night up to a maximum of 20 guests are allowed to stay at one time.
Beautiful spacious grounds to hold the wedding of your dreams, open lawns suitable for set up of an isle and seating for the ceremony and plenty of room for tent set up for an elegant dinner and or dance floor.
Fees as follows.
$3000.00 includes up to 30 guests.
31-100 guests, additional $50.00 per guest.
101-guests, additional $40.00 per guest
$800.00 cleaning fee added to every event.
Plus 13% HST
Please note these fees are additional to the overnight stay.
If there will be more than 50 guests it is the clients responsibility to rent a port a potty for the guests use.
