You have access to the whole home other than a locked off owner`s closet.

This home is a townhouse, which means it shares walls with the houses on both sides.

Located right on Jack Frost Mountain, you can’t stay closer to the ski hill! Restaurants, shopping, gas, and groceries are about 4 miles away.

Your townhome is part of Snow Ridge Village, a planned community of rustic mountain homes with walking paths, ponds, and direct access to the slopes. The HOA keeps the neighborhood quiet and family-friendly, which means no fireworks, parties, or outdoor fires, and parking is limited to designated areas only.

For dining, nightlife, and entertainment, head to Lake Harmony (10–15 minutes away), where you’ll find great restaurants, cafes, and even a nightclub/bar. Split Rock Resort there also offers a waterpark, bowling, a movie theater, and an arcade.

Further out (15–30 minutes), you’ll find top attractions like Kalahari and Camelback waterparks, Camelback Ski Area, Mount Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, and Hickory Run State Park— perfect for year-round adventure.

Best with a car — You’ll get the most out of this area if you have your own vehicle.

Public transport — You can arrive by Martz bus (to Blakeslee, Stroudsburg, or Mount Pocono) and then take a taxi/Uber to the home (10 minutes from Blakeslee, 30–40 minutes from Stroudsburg/Mount Pocono).

Rideshares— Ubers are available, though wait times can be longer since the area isn’t densely populated. For planned transfers, Lake Harmony Tourismo may also be able to help.

Car rentals — The nearest Enterprise car rental is about 15 miles away.

Delivery — UberEats works here (limited options). Instacart also delivers groceries (small long-distance fee may apply — use zip code 18624, town of Blakeslee). They did charge a $5 long distance fee

1. Age Requirement: The minimum rental age is 25 years old, and this policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Please be prepared to verify your age with valid identification immediately upon confirmation.

3. Garbage Disposal: Kindly dispose of all garbage in the designated area located in front of the unit. Your cooperation in keeping the surroundings clean is greatly appreciated.
