Full advantage of 180-degree PANORAMIC view of OCEAN & MOUNT BAKER. Beautiful renovated, New Cabinets/Stove/DW/Hood fan/Appliances, new washer & dryer just installed and Large center island, heated floor to large deck. Rental age is 28 years or older. ID verification will need to be sent to owner upon booking. Grand piano, Massage chair. allow 4 adults comfortably. It has two bedrooms with a king bed & queen bed. TV,WIFI, parking all included. It's steps to the beach & the pier, restaurants, shops. A great vacation home to stay.

The full sun patio is perfect for watching sunrise, ocean, Mount Baker, rainbow, boats.

During this time with Covid we want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness, including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also, all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house clean and taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is the house is left reasonably clean as it was at check-in. If the house isn't left reasonably clean extra cleaning fees will be charged to back to the guest. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules. During this time, we are not allowing any additional visitors to the house other than those staying overnight. Exceptions may be considered upon request.

Please note there are exterior security cameras at the front door/drive way/porch. These are only used to deter break-ins, or vandalism to the home.

Our house is a thirty-minute drive from Vancouver airport and forty minutes from downtown Vancouver. We are a five-minute drive to Peace Arch Border for entering the US and two-hour drive to Seattle!!!

Lovely Stay - Very Friendly Owners

Excellent Location

House was large and had a great view of the ocean. Perfect location for us to drive down to the beach each day. You could walk but I wouldn’t suggest doing that if you are not capable of walking up steep hills.

Home Away From Home

The house was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Located in quiet neighborhood and has wonderful views of the ocean from the patio! Just a perfect location as it only took 5 mins to drive to the restaurants, ocean promenade and city area. I would recommend this anyone looking for a great and comfortable stay in White Rock.

Quiet Neighborhood and Great Views

We weren't looking for city noise and traffic. We wanted some views and a relaxing quiet stay. This listing gave us just that. A couple things to know about the property: The driveway is a little steep for those who have ambulatory challenges. This is an upper level apartment. The upper level is accessed by a stairway with perhaps a dozen steps. Again for those who may be looking for a ground level living arrangement. There is a sign that asks for all who enter to take off their shoes before going up the stairs. Slippers are provided. They really didn't work for me, I wear size 15. I had to come up with something else. Once upstairs, the view of Mt Baker and the bay are really incredible. This in concert with a very quiet neighborhood made the stay very pleasant for my group. The beds were very comfortable, the closet and drawer spaces were great. There is only one shower, in the master bedroom. The other bathroom has a tub so the shower had to be shared for those that didn't care to bathe in a tub. There were some issues with bathroom hardware that fell off the wall. I had tools with me, I repaired what I could but a handyman is needed to complete the repairs. The kitchen is nicely appointed. Mixing bowls are needed. At 9pm every night, Alexa announces, "It's time to go to bed" even though the property "quiet time" is not until 10pm. There is easy on and easy off the local highway making access to the border minutes away. Vancouver proper is 45 minutes away.

Awesome!

The layout of the house is very roomy, the furnishings are very nice and comfortable (the master bed is soooo comfy), and the kitchen is well-equipped. The large smart TV worked great with all the streaming apps. The location is ideal for walks, and you can easily walk down to White Rock beach or centre town. Lily, the owner, is a funny, warm and friendly person who will do anything for you. What sets this house apart is the unbelievable 180 degree spectacular view of mountains and water. Truly remarkable. Unfortunately, we were there in January but we could imagine how wonderful it would be in summer, sitting on the large deck, enjoying the view. This location a worthy of a 6 out of 5 stars.

Great stay.

Very easy to deal with and the host was absolutely fantastic. Just an FYI there is no washer and dryer so you need to wash your clothes at a local laundromat. Otherwise the place was pretty much perfect and host was very easy to deal with.
