Magnolia Cove with 2 parking spaces

This bright three bedroom house is not only five minutes walk from Whitstable harbour, town centre, beach and station, it also has parking for three cars and a large garden to relax in – especially as it gets the sun most of the day and evening.

The front door leads straight in the entrance hall – with a cupboard to stow suitcases, beach gear and coats – leads to a spacious, well equipped kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher. The living room has a table that seats six, lounge chairs and a sofa. There’s a new Smart TV with Freeview and apps to easily access your subscriptions as well as fast wi-fi.

A sliding door from the lounge opens directly onto the large garden with mature planting where there are two separate table areas, a gas barbecue and an assortment of children’s play equipment. Dogs are very welcome in this home.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One with a king-sized bed, one with a double and the third with bunk beds. All rooms have extremely comfortable mattresses and hanging space. There is a bathroom with a shower integrated over the bath tub, a w.c. and sink with guest toiletries provided.

Garden.
The garden is very sunny and has a decked area to the rear next to the games shed. Inside the games shed with have multi table, which consists of table football, pool, air hockey and more.

You will find a Wendy house with a toy kitchen for the younger children. There is also a swing set and slide.
Under the covered area to the left of the house we have table tennis.
Adults can relax on the patio and see all these areas.
