Mini Split AC Usage:
Each bedroom has its own mini split AC with a remote. Please keep the remote safe. Losing it will require a replacement of the full indoor unit, which costs at least $500.
Early Check-In Fees:
Check-in time is from 4:00pm-1:00am. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-in time between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Late Check-Out Fees
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check-out requests must be arranged at least one day before your departure. When available, we can offer late check-out between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM for a $70 fee.
All early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing by our team, and are subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 7AM in respect to our neighbors.
Please treat our home with care, just as you would your own. We’ll send a simple checkout checklist on the day of departure. Following it helps us prepare the space for the next guests and avoid any additional cleaning charges :)
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed if smoking is confirmed or if lingering smoke odors are detected.
