Chic Bungalow Located In The Heart Of Wichita

This 1920 bungalow is completely remodeled and fully furnished with new appliances and furniture. It is bright and cozy with lots of natural light.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The base price is for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 guests with $15.00 extra per person per night after 4.

The space
The front door opens into a spacious living room connected to the dining area. The simple living area features a decorative fireplace, a Poly & Bark full leather sofa, and different sections of sitting areas. All guests can comfortably hang out around both rooms.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and a Nespresso Coffee Machine with milk frother. You can also find toaster, blender, pots, pan, cookware, dishes, utensils, and drinkware in the cabinet.

The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. You can find a hairdryer, extra toiler papers, and disinfecting wipes in the cabinet underneath the sink.

Both bedrooms are equipped with two Queen memory foam with thick pillow-top mattresses and luxury bedding. Both bedrooms are also equipped with black-out curtains, perfect for travel nurses to sleep through the day after a long night. There is also a closet in each room with hangers for clothing and storage of belongings.

The lower-level (basement) living space features a TV with leather couch, one queen-sized bed, and laundry room. We recently added new mini gaming set with Pool Billiards, Air Hockey, Foosball and Table Tennis! We also added working desk and more sitting area in the basement!

If you would like to set up the extra bed for less than 4 guests, it is $15.00 extra per night, but please let us know before your arrival.

Please be aware when heading down the basement living space as the stairs are steep.


Guest access
Guest can park at the curbside on the street or the driveway. Please be careful coming up the driveway as it is a little narrow. Upon arrival, please use the check-in instructions for access to the house, key code is in the instructions

Other details to note
Early check-ins and late check-outs requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space. Guests who stay beyond their designated check-out time or delay our housekeeping staffs are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit.

We use video surveillance on the exterior of the home. If cameras are disabled or blocked it will result in a $200 fine and you will immediately be asked to leave the home. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. Devices do not record conversations but measures decibels.

House Rules
No shoes in the house please, house sandals will be provided.

Please switch off all lights and appliances when you leave the house.

Guest are expected to reasonably clean up after themselves, including leaving dishes clean, cleaning up the trash and any dirty surfaces created. There are cleaning supplies underneath the kitchen sink. Dyson vacuum and swifter can be found in the closet in the hallway. Please do not use the vacuum for any liquid spills.

Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $300 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited.

Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork.

This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors. No loud music and parties. Quiet hours are from 9pm ET to 9am ET daily.

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will result in a fee.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Immediate cancellation with no refund if you break any of the house rules.
