To ensure you have a seamless "Villages Experience," please review these essential details regarding amenity access and local community protocols.

1. Lifestyle ID Application (Mandatory for Amenities)

• The Benefit: To enjoy the full lifestyle, all guests are required to obtain a Temporary Resident ID (Lifestyle ID). This grants you the same access as a resident, including executive and championship golf courses, recreation centers, swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and thousands of social clubs.
• The Process: Please notify us immediately upon booking. We will submit the application to the District Office for you. There is a $50 fee (covering two people) charged by The Villages District, which you will pay directly to them upon picking up your IDs at a Regional Recreation Center.
• Timing: We will need your home address, emails, and cell numbers of two primary guests to process the application. Please turn that in a week in advance to ensure your paperwork is processed.

2. Gate Access & Community Entry

• How to Enter: When approaching any gated entrance in The Villages, always use the left-hand lane (the Visitor Lane).
• The Procedure: Simply pull up to the gate. If an attendant is on duty, they will wave you through. If there is no attendant, simply press the red button on the pedestal, and the gate will open automatically. There is no need for a code or card.

3. Age & Guest Policy

• All Ages Welcome: While The Villages is a premier active 55+ community, guests of any age are welcome to rent this home and visit. You do not need to be 55+ to enjoy the home, the squares, or the surrounding amenities.

4. Golf Cart Use & Safety

• If you utilize the golf cart provided with this home, a signed liability waiver is mandatory prior to your arrival.
• The Villages is a "golf cart legal" community. You can reach the new Eastport area, shopping, and dining via the multi-modal trails. Please remember that carts must follow all traffic laws, just like a car.

5. Live Entertainment at the Squares

• One of the best perks of staying in Lagrange is the proximity to the town squares. Enjoy free live music every night from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. No tickets are needed—just bring your Lifestyle ID, a fold-up chair, and your dancing shoes!

• During peak months (January–April), golf tee times and restaurant reservations fill up quickly. We recommend downloading "The Villages" app ahead of your stay to manage your schedule and explore the daily activity calendar.
