✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

✦ While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.
✦ Our standard check in time is after 4pm and checkout time is at 10am. If you require an early check in or late checkout, the earliest we allow for check in is 2pm and the latest we can allow for check out is 12pm. An early check in/late check out may be done for an additional charge of $50 to accommodate for our cleaners. Please inform us at least one day in advance if you wish to arrange for this service.
