ACCESS
The easiest way to get to the island is by boat. A motorboat is available for your private transportation to and from Isla Kiniw. If you have experience with boats, we can arrange a temporary permit for you. For those who have no experience, a special arrangement
can be discussed.

There is also a helicopter platform on the island.

Once on the island the property is accessed via a keyless digital smart door lock. We will provide you with your own unique entry code.

If you wish to explore further afield, there is free parking by the boat jetty on the mainland.

Car rental is easy and inexpensive; we can happily advise you on rental companies or taxi services.

The entire villa is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

[Cleaning] Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each home is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

[Meet & Greet] You will be welcomed at the home upon your arrival and helped to settle in.

[Wi-Fi & TV] Complementary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are smart TVs in the living area and all the bedrooms.

[All taxes and utilities are included] When comparing rentals please check for these, as many other properties will not include these costs in their prices.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

[External guests] If you wish to invite external guests or service providers to the island, please inform us in advance so their details can be registered. For security reasons, unregistered persons will not be admitted to the island.

[Contracts] You may need to sign a separate agreement if you wish to arrange additional services that fall outside of those advertised as standard on this listing.
