Please do not book with this hotel. We checked into our first room and it was not properly cleaned and sanitized. The front desk person was extremely nice and sent someone up along with the manager on duty immediately. The free wifi offered is not for the TV unable to hook a game system to the TV and use the internet. Front desk informed me the wifi was for phone use only. The beds was very uncomfortable I had to go and get pain pills from target across the street. They were courteous enough after day 1 to allow us to upgrade our room the next day. In this room we found a roach, the sleeper couch was drilled down so we were not able to use. The refrigerator leaked and the maintenance man did a botch job of fixing it. The pool was suppose to open at 10am and the man did not get there until 12 to clean it and they only put out 5-6 towels at a time although they indicate they provide towels for staff at the pool. Our toilet got clogged and they offered us a plunger to unclog it ourselves. I will say the bed in this room was much better however, me, my husband and my two kids had to cram in there together. The bar is not open and the door from the side of the bar don't allow you pool access. You have to walk all the way down the hall go out the back door and go around to get to the pool. We were suppose to stay Thursday-Sunday after all the issues we packed up and left on Saturday to return home. Needless to say I wont be visiting this place no more.
