Soaring 9.5 ft ceilings with gorgeous original woodwork and trim, huge windows with tons of natural light. Complete with kitchenette with most appliances needed to cook a basic meal. 1st floor unit with only 4 steps into the large foyer. Two sets of gorgeous huge entry doors leads you into a huge open space except for the bedroom which has original glass panels French doors for privacy. Open main living area with dining table for 4, huge 9.5 ft wide deep seat media sofa, GE all in one washer and dryer, separate kitchenette with fridge, sink, air fryer, hot plate with basic pots and pans, toaster and k-cup/drip coffee maker, microwave. Full bathroom with step in shower.

Welcome to our quiet neighborhood, Cool Springs, we are near the from the multi million dollar newly reservoir park/community gardens. Trolley Square is our next door neighborhood with all the best bars and restaurants in the city. Enjoy the close proximity to Trolley Square's social offerings without the parking congestion.
Getting Around:
We are only blocks away from both North and South 95 on ramps, minutes from downtown Wilmington, 9 minutes from Nemours/AI DuPont Children's hospital, 1 block from St. Francis, 2 blocks from Coterie Cafe and 5 min from Wilmington Hospitals. We also provide dedicated off-street parking lot

This is a bottom floor unit. There is another apartment above with it's own dedicated entrance on the side of the building. If using the parking lot in the rear, the rear hall entry is shared with the upstairs apartment guests.
